These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and Kings PH ("kings ph," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the kings ph website located at https://kings-ph.org and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

Kings ph reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close your account if you are found to be ineligible. Any winnings accrued during a period of ineligibility may be forfeited.
To access real-money games and services on the kings ph Platform, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and any other information requested by kings ph for identity verification purposes.
You are permitted to hold only one (1) kings ph account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited, and the associated player may be permanently banned from the Platform.

Kings ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. You must notify kings ph immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Kings ph reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
All transactions on the kings ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Kings ph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time.
Deposits: Deposits are credited to your kings ph wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. Kings ph does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the cashier page.
Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the account holder. Kings ph requires completed KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published on the Platform, which vary by payment method. GCash withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within five (5) minutes. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) banking day.
Kings ph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Kings ph may delay or decline a withdrawal if it suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
Funds deposited into your kings ph account must be used for gaming purposes. Kings ph is not a banking institution and does not pay interest on account balances.
Kings ph offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits.

All content on the kings ph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the property of kings ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the kings ph Platform without the prior written consent of kings ph.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, kings ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
Kings ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your kings ph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Kings ph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Kings ph makes no representations regarding the suitability of the Platform for any particular purpose.

In the event of a dispute between you and kings ph, you are encouraged to contact kings ph customer support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. Kings ph will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within ten (10) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Kings ph's regulatory status under PAGCOR may also provide an additional avenue for dispute escalation where applicable.
